tm net outage...

No wonder i feel a sudden drop in my connection speed and sometimes lagging. I thought it was just me and my connection but didn't know it's a global issue. Till recently, when i came across jeff ooi's blog that i've known. OMG! Not again... I really quite tired and very pissed with the way things are done at tmnet. Just few weeks back, their customer service hotline was down and now line outage. Just by reading through jeff's blog, i think it's quite a serious thing and mostly we won't be getting a smooth connection till sometime end of next week or end of month. I hope the people in-charge would have sleepless nites trying their best to resolve it else people like us will start to get on their back... argggghhhhh.... things just get more and more horrible these days!!! TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE IDEA OF HAVING MORE PLAYERS IN OUR BROADBAND INDUSTRY.. u got my total support! *teach those big guys out there a lesson they'll only live to regret!*
