Current trend or just for the sake of better satisfaction?

Looking at this article, it does struck a chord on myself which I could be one of the victim of the current trend. But *fingers crossed* cause my case was execeptional. I needed to move to further developed myself and better future prospects and opportunities. I guess this will be the usual reason most graduates will say when they are faced with the same questions. Hmmm... I guess the survey proven quite right that the problem not only lies with our graduates but the employer too. If they do their part well enough and all the employee welfare are well taken care of, all these will not even surfaced or become a thought at all. Yup, I think they employer should take the blame since they always thought that we as an employee are always dispensable. But actually, to train a new employee to take over our job will costs even more to them if they actually sit down and do the maths! What we as a graduate want is a secured future and lots of room for growth and improvement. They need to be aware of this! This isn't much to ask for if a job/tasks assigned to us are well executed. It's like a small token for us to future upgrade ourselves and work harder for the organization. After so much been said on this issue, but there seems to be not even an action is taken... sad isn't it? sigh...
