diarrhea... worst ever!

yes'day was the kind of the day when u expect urself to spend the day off with lotsa of activities and joy coz it's a public holiday but at around 12pm i felt a stomache pain. It's those kind of uneasiness which caused by food poisoning. Sighed!!! The next thing i know was spending the rest of the day in the toilet trying to get rid of the bacteria or virus that caused my stomache pain. Been in and out of the toilet for 7 times the whole day. Can u believe it ar? haih... this go on till nite time even after i rested the whole afternoon on my bed still doesn't help much coz the dirt is still not full flushed our my stomach... only managed to get myself together at ard 8+ where i'm already totally out... just seat myself on the chair and lazyin for the rest of the nite. Wasn't the kind of the day i'll expect but who knows wat's gg to happen next rite? therefore, we must always try our best to spend each day meaningfully and wisely else we might not have the chance... *pondering*
