Letter of Apology....

Dear Dear Chin Chin,

I’m writing this letter to apologise to you. I’m not sure what have gotten into me lately. I hope it’s not because of the pressure I’m getting from both work and planning for our big day. But even if it’s due to either of them, I shouldn’t have reacted in such a childish yet moronic way and I certainly agree that all my temper and scolding of you for the last few days was all my fault and nothing to do with you. I do not know how I could make up to you since the damages have been done. What I could offer and do now is to slowly learn to handle them and learn to control my temper more and sometimes just letting go certain things and not pay too much attention or detail into it. I really hope that you could provide guidance and full support throughout my repent period and I really want things to move forward in a positive yet happy way for both of us as I do see a great and wonderful future that lies beyond for us. PLEASE FORGIVE ME DEAR and I’M TERRIBLY SORRY FOR ALL THE HARSH WORDS USED AND SWEARING AND ALL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEEDED MOST OF ME!!! I DO NOT WISH TO SEE MORE TEARS AND ARGUMENT COMING OUT FROM THIS AND LET’S MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER… I LOVE YOU DEAR!!!

anger & pain...

Busy-ness...

“Busy-ness is a state of mind, not a fact. No matter how much or how little we’re doing, we’re always just doing what we’re doing, simply living this one moment of our lives.”

...reprogramming...

"We can all reprogram our brain's responses by putting ourselves into new, initially uncomfortable situations. We'll learn fear might not mean "stop"; I've come to believe fear usually means "go."
