KTM->Keep Trying Mistake!!!

couldn't believe it man. this morning was my 1st time late to work and it's not caused by myself but thanks alot to KTM. sighed. the usual train i took from jln kastam stn at 7:19am was delayed to 7:50am and i was late by 30mins. damn!!! this is not my 1st bad experience with KTM but a couple liao. not sure why after so many times but they seems like never learn the lesson. are they that stupid? i doubt so... or could it be it was driven by a bunch of pigs? very disappointing... usually we try our best to improve our services to provide our customer the first class service but KTM since like doing it otherwise. lately it's getting worse and worse! and to make things even worse, today after work i tried to take ktm back as usual and guess what they ticket salesman from KTM told me: "Please try to avoid taking our train now. They have been some sort of train breakdown along the kl-sentul track. and due to this, they were unable to switch the train and they are using one train to traverse up and down fr kl-sentul." what??? sounds very ridiculous don't you think so? and this is what i replied: "What? Why KTM always got such a service breakdown? You guys never learn wan ar?" (leave the ticketing counter in a disappointing look...) today was the worst man... can you imagine 2millions commuters rely on their services each day to travel from and back home. yeah, that's what the advertisement said on their advertisement section: "Please don't miss the chance to advertise with us else you are missing a big opportunity to bring your message across these people. We have 2 millions commuters who uses our services each day." Yeah, i tink we're going to miss this big opportunity soon if they continue to "improve" their services in such a manner. i believe only ghost will take their service then. nightmare!!!

p/s: KTM, please prove me wrong... and don't ask for another chance where you'll definitely screwed it again... i begged u...
