Involved many ups and down without recess,
Requires great patience and perseverance,
Surviving each day by endurance,
Growth meaning to go forward,
Retention meaning to go backward,
Focus on your growth and beyond,
Not to hold back even for a second,
Nothing happen by accident,
They only happen because of incident,
Growing up is not an option,
Waiting for us to take our action,
Some say growing pains,
Some say growing gains,
Whether pains or gains we decide,
Decision made we abide!
