Defining your GOALS...

Defining your goals is not an easy task especially when there are so many things in your life that needs your attention. Here's one way of doing it RIGHT!

How to do it...

Make sure that the goals/objectives you set are "SMART" - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Bound

->Specific: Relate to a single desired result. Do not have several objectives incorporated into one. Make sure you fully understand them.

->Measurable: Specify how you will measure if you have achieved your goal.

->Achievable: Objectives must be achievable with the resources available to you and within your capabilities.

->Relevant: In this case you must assess that the objective is relevant to your overall career or life plan.

->Time Bound: Objectives need actions to be achieved by a specified date. They should also be undertaken at the right time, i.e. When completion of the objective is possible.

Rank how important the goal is to you and then...

Rank how easy it is to achieve the goal...

Finally, take ACTION on the GOAL! Have a nice day and a great weekend ahead! ;)
