7 Ways to Motivate Yourself
Whether you're looking for a new job, trying to make your current one better, or planning a career transition, you'll need a healthy dose of motivation. Without discipline and will, your dreams and ambitions never come to life, turning even the best intentions into dust.
Here are seven ways to motivate yourself, so you can pick and choose the ones that work best for you:
Find the why. When we set out to do something, it's important to keep the why in the front of your mind. Are you looking for a new job because you dislike your boss? Need more money? Want a shorter commute? Getting where we want to go can be a long journey, so never forget what set you out on the road to begin with. Write down why you're motivated and refer to it often.
Look forward. Pretend you have accomplished your goal. For example, if your goal is to learn a new language to impress a girl, you need to consider if the task is worth taking on--what if she rejects you? View things from multiple perspectives and ensure you are taking worthwhile roads. Once you commit, put the negative scenario out of your mind and concentrate on how good it will feel when you succeed.
Just do it. There's a reason the Nike slogan has endured for more than two decades. In the Data Age, we have so much information available to us at all times that it's easy to get lost in number-crunching oblivion. But there's nothing like rolling up your sleeves and getting started. Think about it: A perfect resume is useless if you don't send out. You'd be better served sending out 10 resumes that are almost perfect than none at all. Rarely are actions an absolute waste of time.
Reward yourself. If your goal is to get a new job, you will need to take action to make a change. Set goals and share them with someone you trust so that you can be held accountable. For example, promise that you'll send out two resumes a week to relevant jobs. If you succeed, reward yourself with a predetermined item. Likewise, if you fail, be sure to carry out a predetermined punishment. Even if a project doesn't feel as if it's worth your time, make it your business to make it worth your time. Otherwise, getting started can feel impossible.
Think of someone you hate. We all know jealousy and hatred are ugly emotions, but unless you're a Buddhist monastic, they're also a reality. Why not turn something dark into a tremendous motivator? Image the person you dislike taking action while you rest on your laurels? Wouldn't you rather be showered with happiness and rewards? Push yourself to get started--today!
Give yourself choices. Negative self-talk is often a high hurdle we must clear to get ourselves pumped up to do something we dread. Remember: You don't have to, you want to. This simple thought-swap can make any task more palatable.
Break it up. What sounds easier? Writing 1,000 words in two hours or writing 125 words in 15 minutes? Breaking your task into smaller parts will help you get started.

Work Motivation: A Do-It-Yourself Project
How to work for “The Man” While Working on Your Dreams!
Let’s face it; we work because we have to.
Because it’s the “grown-up” thing to do.
Because like many things in the grown up world, it’s a trade-off.
We sell our “dreams” for the “reality” of monthly mortgage payments, insurance premiums, car notes and the privilege of keeping up with the Joneses.
Given our druthers, most of us would much rather spend our days chilling out in our undies with a big bowl of cereal while surfing the Net, or reaching new tiers on our favorite video games, or vegging out in front of the boob tube, or “doing damage” at the local mall, or becoming beach bums, or building our own business, or almost anything else.
Almost anything else other than the slow death that is corporate America and working for the man!
But all is not lost. Just because your career path has led you on the road to perdition, doesn’t mean you have to continue on a path filled with bumps, roadblocks, potholes, and dark passages.
In fact, in order to forge forward and go the distance, you’ll need to make an important detour—a mental one that is.
Here’s why.
Many moons ago, worker bees were encouraged to give their best through employee incentive programs, bonuses and other perks.
Good bosses served like cheerleaders, and some were even role models.
Not so much anymore.
The current thinking of “the powers that be” is that your paycheck (and the thought of poverty) should be motivation enough to perform.
So workplace motivation has become a do-it-yourself project.
With this in mind, you need to learn how to get “fired up” before you get fired!
If you want to survive the workplace, keep your sanity in tact, and make your days a bit more bearable, here are some pointers to pull it off.
1. Always give your best, but never give your all. When you’re sick, take off and take care of yourself. When you’re drained, seek balance and rest.
2. Keep a positive mental attitude. Remind yourself of all the blessings that are brought into your life as a result of your job. It could be that it allows you to send your kids to summer camp, or that you’ve formed important friendships with co-workers that will last a life-time, or that you’re honing your computer skills and cultivating more marketable skills. Or that the cute guy in the corner office could be your potential “baby daddy.”
3. Don’t be bitter, be better. Take criticisms and negative performance reviews and use them to your advantage. Work on your developmental areas and let your next boss benefit from a better you.
4. Take mini “mental vacations.” Escape the madness. Take your lunch break away from your desk. Stroll through a nearby park. Get lost between the pages of a good book. It’ll rejuvenate your spirits daily.
5. Seek work that you enjoy. If you’ve gotta work, why not apply your time and talents to your passion? Having meaningful work that speaks to your strengths and interests is the best way to reduce stress and enhance your productivity.
6. Prepare for your “release date.” Update that resume. Polish your interviewing skills. Learn all you can. Set goals and a timeline to make a move. New horizons await you!
By following these six savvy tips, you’ll be able to bide your time with a sense of peace and a sense of purpose. Don’t let working for the man work on you! Any self-help job motivation tips you'd care to share?

Bali Coffee Luwak

Coffee Luwak | Bali Luwak Coffee
Coffee Luwak are robusta or arabica coffee beans which have been consumed by and passed over the digestive pathway of the Indonesian civet cat (family of Viverridae). This procedure takes place on the islands of Sumatra, Java and Bali in the Indonesian Archipelago.
Coffee Luwak is considered one of the finest coffees available. The majority of commercial Indonesian Kopi Luwak (civet coffee) is from Java and Sumatra or Sulawesi, and made from Robusta beans; Tastes of Indonesia sources its Kopi Luwak exclusively from the high quality Arabica plantations and is therefore considered to be of superior quality to other varieties.
"Kopi" is the Indonesian word for coffee and "Luwak" is local name of this animal which consumes the raw red coffee 'cherries' as portion of its common diet. This animal eats a mixed dieting of insects, small mammals and fruits along with the softer outer part of the coffee cherry but does not digest the inner beans, instead passing them still covered in some inner layers of the cherry.
Locals then gather the beans -- which come through the 'animal stage' fairly intact -- and sell them on to dealers. It is believed that enzymes in the stomach of the civet add to the coffee's flavour through fermentation of some type.
Enjoy your Coffee Luwak | Bali Luwak Coffee!

39 Ways to Live, and Not Merely Exist
"The proper function of man is to live - not to exist." -- Jack London
Too often we go through life on autopilot, going through the motions and having each day pass like the one before it.
That's fine, and comfortable, until you have gone through another year without having done anything, without having really lived life.
That's fine, until you have reached old age and look back on life with regrets.
That's fine, until you see your kids go off to college and realize that you missed their childhoods.
It's not fine. If you want to truly live life, to really experience it, to enjoy it to the fullest, instead of barely scraping by and only living a life of existence, then you need to find ways to break free from the mold and drink from life.
What follows is just a list of ideas, obvious ones mostly that you could have thought of yourself, but that I hope are useful reminders. We all need reminders sometimes. If you find this useful, print it out, and start using it. Today.
1)Love. Perhaps the most important. Fall in love, if you aren't already. If you have, fall in love with your partner all over again. Abandon caution and let your heart be broken. Or love family members, friends, anyone -- it doesn't have to be romantic love. Love all of humanity, one person at a time.
2)Get outside. Don't let yourself be shut indoors. Go out when it's raining. Walk on the beach. Hike through the woods. Swim in a freezing lake. Bask in the sun. Play sports, or walk barefoot through grass. Pay close attention to nature.
3)Savor food. Don't just eat your food, but really enjoy it. Feel the texture, the bursts of flavors. Savor every bite. If you limit your intake of sweets, it will make the small treats you give yourself (berries or dark chocolate are my favorites) even more enjoyable. And when you do have them, really, really savor them. Slowly.
4)Create a morning ritual. Wake early and greet the day. Watch the sun rise. Out loud, tell yourself that you will not waste this day, which is a gift. You will be compassionate to your fellow human beings, and live every moment to its fullest. Stretch or meditate or exercise as part of your ritual. Enjoy some coffee.
5)Take chances. We often live our lives too cautiously, worried about what might go wrong. Be bold, risk it all. Quit your job and go to business for yourself (plan it out first!), or go up to that girl you've liked for a long time and ask her out. What do you have to lose?
6)Follow excitement. Try to find the things in life that excite you, and then go after them. Make life one exciting adventure after another (with perhaps some quiet times in between).
7)Find your passion. Similar to the above tip, this one asks you to find your calling. Make your living by doing the thing you love to do. First, think about what you really love to do. There may be many things. Find out how you can make a living doing it. It may be difficult, but you only live once.
8)Get out of your cubicle. Do you sit all day in front of computer, shuffling papers and taking phone calls and chatting on the Internet? Don't waste your days like this. Break free from the cubicle environment, and do your work on a laptop, in a coffee shop, or on a boat, or in a log cabin. This may require a change of jobs, or becoming a freelancer. It's worth it.
9)Turn off the TV. How many hours will we waste away in front of the boob tube? How many hours do we have to live? Do the math, then unplug the TV. Only plug it back in when you have a DVD of a movie you love. Otherwise, keep it off and find other stuff to do. Don't know what to do? Read further.
10)Pull away from Internet. You're reading something on the Internet right now. And, with the exception of this article, it is just more wasting away of your precious time. You cannot get these minutes back. Unplug the Internet, then get out of your office or house. Right now! And go and do something.
11)Travel. Sure, you want to travel some day. When you have vacation time, or when you're older. Well, what are you waiting for? Find a way to take a trip, if not this month, then sometime soon. You may need to sell your car or stop your cable bill and stop eating out to do it, but make it happen. You are too young to not see the world. If need be, find a way to make a living by freelancing, then work while you travel. Only work an hour or two a day. Don't check email but once a week. Then use the rest of the time to see the world.
12)Rediscover what's important. Take an hour and make a list of everything that's important to you. Add to it everything that you want to do in life. Now cut that list down to 4-5 things. Just the most important things in your life. This is your core list. This is what matters. Focus your life on these things. Make time for them.
13)Eliminate everything else. What's going on in your life that's not on that short list? All that stuff is wasting your time, pulling your attention from what's important. As much as possible, simplify your life by eliminating the stuff that's not on your short list, or minimizing it.
14)Exercise. Get off the couch and go for a walk. Eventually try running. Or do some push ups and crunches. Or swim or bike or row. Or go for a hike. Whatever you do, get active, and you'll love it. And life will be more alive.
15)Be positive. Learn to recognize the negative thoughts you have. These are the self-doubts, the criticisms of others, the complaints, the reasons you can't do something. Then stop yourself when you have these thoughts, and replace them with positive thoughts. Solutions. You can do this!
16)Open your heart. Is your heart a closed bundle of scar tissue? Learn to open it, have it ready to receive love, to give love unconditionally. If you have a problem with this, talk to someone about it. And practice makes perfect.
17)Kiss in the rain. Seize the moment and be romantic. Raining outside? Grab your lover and give her a passionate kiss. Driving home? Stop the car and pick some wildflowers. Send her a love note. Dress sexy for him.
18)Face your fears. What are you most afraid of? What is holding you back? Whatever it is, recognize it, and face it. Do what you are most afraid of. Afraid of heights? Go to the tallest building, and look down over the edge. Only by facing our fears can we be free of them.
19)When you suffer, suffer. Life isn't all about fun and games. Suffering is an inevitable part of life. We lose our jobs. We lose our lovers. We lose our pets. We get physically injured or sick. A loved one becomes sick. A parent dies. Learn to feel the pain intensely, and really grieve. This is a part of life -- really feel the pain. And when you're done, move on, and find joy.
20)Slow down. Life moves along at such a rapid pace these days. It's not healthy, and it's not conducive to living. Practice doing everything slowly -- everything, from eating to walking to driving to working to reading. Enjoy what you do. Learn to move at a snail's pace.
21)Touch humanity. Get out of your house and manicured neighborhoods, and find those who live in worse conditions. Meet them, talk to them, understand them. Live among them. Be one of them. Give up your materialistic lifestyle.
22)Volunteer. Help at homeless soup kitchens. Learn compassion, and learn to help ease the suffering of others. Help the sick, those with disabilities, those who are dying.
23)Play with children. Children, more than anyone else, know how to live. They experience everything in the moment, fully. When they get hurt, they really cry. When they play, they really have fun. Learn from them, instead of thinking you know so much more than them. Play with them, and learn to be joyful like them.
24)Talk to old people. There is no one wiser, more experienced, more learned, than those who have lived through life. They can tell you amazing stories. Give you advice on making a marriage last or staying out of debt. Tell you about their regrets, so you can learn from them and avoid the same mistakes. They are the wisdom of our society -- take advantage of their existence while they're still around.
25)Learn new skills. Constantly improve yourself instead of standing still -- not because you're so imperfect now, but because it is gratifying and satisfying. You should accept yourself as you are, and learn to love who you are, but still try to improve -- if only because the process of improvement is life itself.
26)Find spirituality. For some, this means finding God or Jesus or Allah or Buddha. For others, this means becoming in tune with the spirits of our ancestors, or with nature. For still others, this just means an inner energy. Whatever spirituality means for you, rediscover it, and its power.
27)Take mini-retirements. Don't leave the joy of retirement until you are too old to enjoy it. Do it now, while you're young. It makes working that much more worth it. Find ways to take a year off every few years. Save up, sell your home, your possessions, and travel. Live simply, but live, without having to work. Enjoy life, then go back to work and save up enough money to do it again in a couple of years.
29)Do nothing. Despite the tip above that we should find excitement, there is value in doing nothing as well. Not doing nothing as in reading, or taking a nap, or watching TV, or meditating. Doing nothing as in sitting there, doing nothing. Just learning to be still, in silence, to hear our inner voice, to be in tune with life. Do this daily if possible.
30)Stop playing video games. They might be fun, but they can take up way too much time. If you spend a lot of time playing online games, or computer solitaire, or Wii or Gameboy or whatever, consider going a week without it. Then find something else to do, outside.
31)Watch sunsets, daily. One of the most beautiful times of day. Make it a daily ritual to find a good spot to watch the sunset, perhaps having a light dinner while you do so.
32)Stop reading magazines. They're basically crap. And they waste your time and money. Cancel your subscriptions and walk past them at the news stands. If you have to read something, read a trashy novel or even better, read Dumb Little Man once a day and be done.
33)Break out from ruts. Do you do things the same way every day? Change it up. Try something new. Take a different route to work. Start your day out differently. Approach work from a new angle. Look at things from new perspectives.
34)Stop watching the news. It's depressing and useless. If you're a news junky, this may be difficult. I haven't watch TV news or read a newspaper regularly in about two years. It hasn't hurt me a bit. Anything important, my mom tells me about.
35)Laugh till you cry. Laughing is one of the best ways to live. Tell jokes and laugh your head off. Watch an awesome comedy. Learn to laugh at anything. Roll on the ground laughing. You'll love it.
36)Lose control. Not only control over yourself, but control over others. It's a bad habit to try to control others -- it will only lead to stress and unhappiness for yourself and those you try to control. Let others live, and live for yourself. And lose control of yourself now and then too.
37)Cry. Men, especially, tend to hold in our tears, but crying is an amazing release. Cry at sad movies. Cry at a funeral. Cry when you are hurt, or when somebody you love is hurt. It releases these emotions and allows us to cleanse ourselves.
38)Make an awesome dessert. I like to make warm, soft chocolate cake. But even berries dipped in chocolate, or crepes with ice cream and fruit, or fresh apple pie, or homemade chocolate chip cookies or brownies, are great. This isn't an every day thing, but an occasional treat thing. But it's wonderful.
39)Try something new, every week. Ask yourself: "What new thing shall I try this week?" Then be sure to do it. You don't have to learn a new language in one week, but seek new experiences. Give it a try. You might decide you want to keep it in your life.
Be in the moment. Instead of thinking about things you need to do, or things that have happened to you, or worrying or planning or regretting, think about what you are doing, right now. What is around you? What smells and sounds and sights and feelings are you experiencing? Learn to do this as much as possible through meditation, but also through bringing your focus back to the present as much as you can in everything you do.

*Success Redefined*
Every effort brings me closer,
When it is so near,
I feel like a winner,
Yet losing it I can't bear,
Many stories told,
Setting examples for many,
I need to be bold,
As I want to standout from many,
Every failures brings me closer,
Through sheer determination,
I vow not to be a loser,
Through learning by inspiration,
Success is 99% perspiration,
Nothing is ever achieved without sweat,
And a lot of preparation,
I will, and again I'll succeed and be great!!!

My Love For You...
You taught me patient,
When I was ill-tempered,
You taught me sefless,
When I was selfish,
Our love blossom from that smile,
The same smile which melts my heart,
When i'm down, i think of your smile,
That cute little smile of art,
You taught me caring,
When i lost my bearing,
You taught me sharing,
When i lost my pairing,
Our first date spent on porridge,
That lovely bowl of hot emotions,
It was then we formed our bridge,
To our ever long lasting LOVE potions!
I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU DEAR, each day, each hour, each second, each moment, each laughter, each smile, each hot tempting bowl of porridge that we spend together! 520530!!! ^_^

When we look back at a negative event that occurred in the past, we often see how in fact it transformed our life. We see how that event directed us toward a life that we would not change for anything.

Nine Things Successful People Do Differently
1. Get specific. When you set yourself a goal, try to be as specific as possible. "Lose 5 pounds" is a better goal than "lose some weight," because it gives you a clear idea of what success looks like. Knowing exactly what you want to achieve keeps you motivated until you get there. Also, think about the specific actions that need to be taken to reach your goal. Just promising you'll "eat less" or "sleep more" is too vague — be clear and precise. "I'll be in bed by 10pm on weeknights" leaves no room for doubt about what you need to do, and whether or not you've actually done it.
2. Seize the moment to act on your goals. Given how busy most of us are, and how many goals we are juggling at once, it's not surprising that we routinely miss opportunities to act on a goal because we simply fail to notice them. Did you really have no time to work out today? No chance at any point to return that phone call? Achieving your goal means grabbing hold of these opportunities before they slip through your fingers.
To seize the moment, decide when and where you will take each action you want to take, in advance. Again, be as specific as possible (e.g., "If it's Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, I'll work out for 30 minutes before work.") Studies show that this kind of planning will help your brain to detect and seize the opportunity when it arises, increasing your chances of success by roughly 300%.
3. Know exactly how far you have left to go. Achieving any goal also requires honest and regular monitoring of your progress — if not by others, then by you yourself. If you don't know how well you are doing, you can't adjust your behavior or your strategies accordingly. Check your progress frequently — weekly, or even daily, depending on the goal.
4. Be a realistic optimist. When you are setting a goal, by all means engage in lots of positive thinking about how likely you are to achieve it. Believing in your ability to succeed is enormously helpful for creating and sustaining your motivation. But whatever you do, don't underestimate how difficult it will be to reach your goal. Most goals worth achieving require time, planning, effort, and persistence. Studies show that thinking things will come to you easily and effortlessly leaves you ill-prepared for the journey ahead, and significantly increases the odds of failure.
5. Focus on getting better, rather than being good. Believing you have the ability to reach your goals is important, but so is believing you can get the ability. Many of us believe that our intelligence, our personality, and our physical aptitudes are fixed — that no matter what we do, we won't improve. As a result, we focus on goals that are all about proving ourselves, rather than developing and acquiring new skills.
Fortunately, decades of research suggest that the belief in fixed ability is completely wrong — abilities of all kinds are profoundly malleable. Embracing the fact that you can change will allow you to make better choices, and reach your fullest potential. People whose goals are about getting better, rather than being good, take difficulty in stride, and appreciate the journey as much as the destination.
6. Have grit. Grit is a willingness to commit to long-term goals, and to persist in the face of difficulty. Studies show that gritty people obtain more education in their lifetime, and earn higher college GPAs. Grit predicts which cadets will stick out their first grueling year at West Point. In fact, grit even predicts which round contestants will make it to at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
The good news is, if you aren't particularly gritty now, there is something you can do about it. People who lack grit more often than not believe that they just don't have the innate abilities successful people have. If that describes your own thinking .... well, there's no way to put this nicely: you are wrong. As I mentioned earlier, effort, planning, persistence, and good strategies are what it really takes to succeed. Embracing this knowledge will not only help you see yourself and your goals more accurately, but also do wonders for your grit.
7. Build your willpower muscle. Your self-control "muscle" is just like the other muscles in your body — when it doesn't get much exercise, it becomes weaker over time. But when you give it regular workouts by putting it to good use, it will grow stronger and stronger, and better able to help you successfully reach your goals.
To build willpower, take on a challenge that requires you to do something you'd honestly rather not do. Give up high-fat snacks, do 100 sit-ups a day, stand up straight when you catch yourself slouching, try to learn a new skill. When you find yourself wanting to give in, give up, or just not bother — don't. Start with just one activity, and make a plan for how you will deal with troubles when they occur ("If I have a craving for a snack, I will eat one piece of fresh or three pieces of dried fruit.") It will be hard in the beginning, but it will get easier, and that's the whole point. As your strength grows, you can take on more challenges and step-up your self-control workout.
8. Don't tempt fate. No matter how strong your willpower muscle becomes, it's important to always respect the fact that it is limited, and if you overtax it you will temporarily run out of steam. Don't try to take on two challenging tasks at once, if you can help it (like quitting smoking and dieting at the same time). And don't put yourself in harm's way — many people are overly-confident in their ability to resist temptation, and as a result they put themselves in situations where temptations abound. Successful people know not to make reaching a goal harder than it already is.
9. Focus on what you will do, not what you won't do. Do you want to successfully lose weight, quit smoking, or put a lid on your bad temper? Then plan how you will replace bad habits with good ones, rather than focusing only on the bad habits themselves. Research on thought suppression (e.g., "Don't think about white bears!") has shown that trying to avoid a thought makes it even more active in your mind. The same holds true when it comes to behavior — by trying not to engage in a bad habit, our habits get strengthened rather than broken.
If you want change your ways, ask yourself, What will I do instead? For example, if you are trying to gain control of your temper and stop flying off the handle, you might make a plan like "If I am starting to feel angry, then I will take three deep breaths to calm down." By using deep breathing as a replacement for giving in to your anger, your bad habit will get worn away over time until it disappears completely.
It is my hope that, after reading about the nine things successful people do differently, you have gained some insight into all the things you have been doing right all along. Even more important, I hope are able to identify the mistakes that have derailed you, and use that knowledge to your advantage from now on. Remember, you don't need to become a different person to become a more successful one. It's never what you are, but what you do.

Lovely…Dovey…Dear…
With your wits and caring,
You maybe fussy and worrying,
With your bits and pouring,
Your laughter makes my day,
Cheer me up when I’m down,
Your smile puts me at bay,
Whenever I’m sad and frown,
I can’t believe you are here,
To be with me since day one,
Although there are rules to adhere,
To make this relationship hone,
I miss you is 530,
Our missing you code,
I love you is 520,
Our loving you code,
Day in, Night out,
We miss and love each other out,
Hours gone, Seconds gone,
Counting down the gap we have gone,
The last six months was beautiful,

Sometimes I ponder...
Are we meant to be together,
Sometimes you actions makes me ponder,
What are we when we are together,
Do we seem like a couple,
Or we are just a double,
Am I causing the trouble,
But I don't wish to see us crumble,
I tried and tried,
You avoid and avoid,
I'm kind of getting tired,
Slowly I can see the void,
Orh please give me a break,
Am I so hard to please,
Am I too fast and need to brake,
I just hope everything will to come an ease...

...our life from now and forward...
As I have my own flaws,
Forgive me of my defect,
They are just my life ploughs,
I know this won’t be easy,
As we try to compliment each other,
My past may be messy,
But I’ll do my best not to bother,
Sometimes I may be overreacted,
No one to blame but myself,
Do forgive me for my own sillyness overrated,
SORRY SORRY SORRY from D to B Yourself!

~sweet july 9th~
A day to remember and remind,
You brought me sweet memories aligned,
I couldn’t stop thinking of you in mind,
A start of a new beginning,
With many sweet moments and counting,
You keep me awake daydreaming,
As though I could hear your heart beating,
Your presence brings new meaning,
To my and your life alike,
Every time I see you I can’t stop beaming,
It’s like the thunder & lightning alike,
Ooo mine ooo mine sweet July 9,
A day to cherish without time,
Hoping each moment will last till 99,
We’ll see this through our time...

"gap"
Reminding us of our part,
Not to forgotten our pact,
Understanding and appreciation we shall act,
You may remind us of our walks,
The things we care and share,
All our giggles and talks,
No matter what the gap, we shall bear,
As this is the start of a thousand miles journey,
With many more hurdles and gaps,
Regardless, we’ll continue to walk and talk till moony,
Even if it means to cross and brave the Alps,
You “gap” will only draw us closer,
Not without bitter but even sweeter,
As we gazed upon our journey of meaner,
This “gap” will define our personality and character!

Spell (by Marie Digby)
I can’t see a thing and yet I feel you walking my way
Empty stage, with nothing but this girl
Singing this simple melody and
Wearing her heart on her sleeve
And right now
I have you, for a moment I can tell I’ve got you
Cuz your lips don’t move
Something is happening
Cuz your eyes tell me the truth
I’ve put a spell over you
Beauty emanates from every word that you can say
You’ve captured the deepest thoughts
In the purest, and simplest of ways
But you see, I’m not that graceful, Like you
Nor am I as eloquent
But just a simple melody
Can change the way that you see me
And right now
I have you, for a moment I can tell I’ve got you
Cuz your lips don’t move
Something is happening
Cuz your eyes tell me the truth
I’ve put a spell over you
And all my life I’ve stumbled
But up here I am just perfect
Perfect as I’ll, ever be
I have you, for a moment
I can tell I’ve got you
Cuz your lips don’t move
And something is happening
Cuz your eyes tell me the truth
I’ve put a spell over you
quote for today...

...confusion...
Many hows and whys which I can’t figure,
Will LIFE be better without you I wonder?,
As you leave me with more unknowns and unsure,
Sighed... is the feeling you brought,
Nothing but more sighed and headache,
Sometimes I wish I could just let go of the thought,
Hoping that this will save some heartache,
It may be painful to let you go,
But this may be the best way,
Hoping time will heal as we forgo,
As I heaved my last sighed away,
Orh confusion, you are indeed part of my LIFE,
I guess you thought me many meanings,
As I continue to seek, learn and simplify my LIFE,
Hopefully this confusion will signify a new beginning... as I’m confused...

I Got You - Leona Lewis
No need to ask, I got you
Just get on the phone, I got you
Come and pick you up if I have to
What's weird about it is we're right at the end
And mad about it, just figured it out in my head
I'm proud to say, I got you
Go ahead and say goodbye, I'll be alright
Go ahead and make me cry, I'll be alright
And when you need a place to run to
For better, for worse, I got you, I got you
Ain't falling apart or bitter, let's be bigger than that
And remember the cooling outdoor when you're all alone
We'll go on surviving, no drama, no need for a show
Just wanna say, I got you
Go ahead and say goodbye, I'll be alright
Go ahead and make me cry, I'll be alright
And when you need a place to run to
For better, for worse, I got you
Go ahead and say goodbye
(Go ahead)
I'll be alright
(Say goodbye)
Go ahead and make me cry
I'll be alright
And when you need a place to run to
For better, for worse, I got you
'Cause this is love and life
And nothing we can both control
And if it don't feel right
You're not losing me by letting me know
Go ahead and say goodbye
(Say goodbye)
I'll be alright
Go ahead and make me cry
I'll be alright
And when you need a place to run to
For better, for worse, I got you
Go ahead and say goodbye
(Go ahead)
I'll be alright
(Say goodbye)
Go ahead and make me cry, I'll be alright
And when you need a place to run to
For better, for worse, I got you
A place to crash, I got you
No need to ask, I got you

~gemini (May 22 - Jun 21)~
As a Gemini, you are a bower bird, mentally, and take an interest in all sorts of different things. Anything that gets your mind ticking over will grab you. You constantly try to challenge your mental abilities and will make extra efforts to understand anything you put your mind to.
You can抰 understand why other people don抰 feel the same way. To you, this kind of stimulation is your life blood. Anyone who engages you in quick-witted and thoughtful banter will win your heart for sure.
Some great communicators are born under your sign ?actresses Helen Hunt and Marilyn Monroe, for instance. Like them, you take interest in anything that requires a little brain power. Reading and ferreting out information on the internet are a perfect way for you to unwind. Communication would have to be one of your favourite pastimes.
Taking up acting classes wouldn抰 be a bad idea either, even if you don抰 fancy yourself as an Emmy Award winner. Meeting new people and sharing your thoughts and feelings with them is enough of a blast for you.
Not all Geminis have brains on the brain, though. Anna Kournikova, the tennis superstar, proves that ?she puts her focus into physical exercise. She is a superb tennis player which requires physical dexterity and mental agility as well.
Gemini is also on the top of the list of achievers in sport. But the sport you get into will be one that requires a strategic and intellectual approach. If it doesn抰, it won抰 sustain your interest. Tennis, chess, golf and card games like bridge and canasta appeal to you.
If you could be accused of anything, it would be that you spread yourself too thinly, by being interested in too many things. To some people, you seem superficial and flighty. It抯 the 憆olling stone gathering no moss?thing ?doing a bit of this and a bit of that and not getting deeply into any one thing.
You see it differently, of course. To you life is a smorgasbord, and you抮e going to taste everything. Trying just one main course, so to speak, isn抰 your thing. Variety, diversity and experimentation are some of your key words. And you can always say, 慉t least I抣l never be boring!?
The fact that you take on so much also means you risk wearing yourself out and letting your vitality engine slow down. It is not easy for you to pace yourself, but if you can get your self-discipline working on this, you can achieve more than most. Make sure you have enough fuel in your gas tank to get you to where you want to go.
People always love your company ?your adaptability makes you interesting. People are amazed at your versatility, at the way you manage to juggle so many different activities. Is there anything you don抰 try your hand at? They wonder.
Learning will always be one of your passions ?you don抰 believe there抯 ever a good time to limit someone抯 desire to improve their mind.
You have a great love of the written as well as the spoken word, and will often put pen to paper ?or hands to keyboard ?to get your own thoughts down. Sometimes this is just so you can work out what you think about a particular issue or event. Lots of journalists, writers, and advisers are Geminis; their way with words is their best tool for making a lasting impression.
You also have a strong connection to travel and short journeys. You抣l often feel restless, and your itchy feet will set you wandering. These journeys may not be long, but there will be plenty of them ?you抮e always on the go. You are thirsty for new experiences, and even on short journeys or in transit, you抣l throw yourself into meeting new and unusual people.
You抮e fascinated by psychology and the way human relationships work, so you will seek a life partner who is as into communication as you are. You will need this sort of person if you are to achieve emotional fulfilment.
You are the type of person friends and relatives turn to for advice on their love life. This has an upside for you too ?it helps you understand what抯 going on in your own life, romantically speaking.
Geminis seem to grow younger rather than older. Physically, you will maintain a youthful glow, and you will never lose your fun-loving liveliness. You抮e really not into that 'growing old gracefully' thing.
Vitality and constant stimulation are what you are about. A peaceful old age is definitely not your cup of tea (even if you happen to be over 60).

Happy Birthday DAD!!!
But I happen to be a son, who’s the opposite,
Once you speak, you speak of wisdom,
Although sometimes your words bites,
Spending most of your time on the couch,
Watching & relaxing with the TV and environment,
During your weekend, you love to chill on the couch,
It’s your favourite place to be with enlightenment,
We do have much in common,
Although we hardly talk much except some jokes,
I can sense that you’re always there when I mourn,
Sometimes we share some light laughter without brakes,
DAD... orh... DAD...
Those are the three letters word I used daily,
It reminds me how much I missed you DAD,
Wishing you a great birthday and more to come yearly!!!
Love you always,
Your Son... LSK!

Happy Mother’s Day
Unknowingly one day I’ll be the man,
You taught me to be bold,
To face all problems like a man,
When I was defeated and down,
You are always there for me,
But it’s time for me to be on my own,
Facing the world without blame,
I know I do have my flaws and mistakes,
Learning them each day without surrender,
Sometimes I do lose myself in the edges,
To find the hard way out and I’ll remember,
Mother your loved and care,
I know I can never return in bare,
But I hope I could there,
For you, anytime, anywhere,
Mother, although you have aged,
But in my heart you’ll always be that loving mother,
One that relentlessly cared and shared,
Let’s us all celebrate our Mother’s Day together,
Mummy, Happy Mother’s Day!!! :)
Love ya always,
LSK

I wish…
I wish I’m rich and healthy,
Always be happy and wealthy,
Nothing to worry or pity,
Like Eddy the Happy-Go-Lucky,
But life is not always that case,
We are constantly burden with stress,
Nothing seems to be working or at ease,
As we continue to think for less,
I wish I’m good temper and caring,
Always in good mood and listening,
Nothing to bother or concerning,
Like Eddy the Happy-Go-Outstanding,
But life is much more than that,
Arguments and debates apart,
Sometimes unwanted thoughts are bombast,
As we continue to live for our part,
I wish I’m thoughtful and humble,
Always be appreciated and stable,
Nothing to dissatisfied or mumble,
Like Eddy the Happy-Go-Able,
But again life is too much to handle,
As these are traits of a noble,
No human being can be so able,
As we continue to seek our capable,
I wish I could stop dreaming,
Always enjoy my life living,
Nothing to be excusing but plenty of hoping,
Like Eddy the Happy-Go-Simplifying!!!
As I continue to wish for my wishes…LIFE will go ON!!!

This is "ATTITUDE"
IF AN EGG IS BROKEN BY AN OUTSIDE FORCE..A LIFE ENDS. IF AN EGG BREAKS FROM WITHIN...... .LIFE BEGINS. GREAT THINGS ALWAYS BEGIN FROM WITHIN .

WHY WE HAVE SO MANY TEMPLES , IF GOD IS EVERYWHERE ?
A WISE MAN SAID : AIR IS EVERYWHERE, BUT WE STILL NEED A FAN TO FEEL IT .
WHEN YOU TRUST SOMEONE TRUST HIM COMPLETELY WITHOUTANY DOUBT....... AT THE END YOU WOULD GET ONE OF THE TWO : EITHER A LESSON FOR YOUR LIFE OR A VERY GOOD PERSON
LIFE IS NOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ACT TRUE TO YOUR FACE .........
IT ' S ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO REMAIN TRUE BEHIND YOUR BACK

Free Undelete
A deleted file is essentially an area on disk designated as free and ready to accept data (such as contents of some other file). Luckily, unless the area has already been overwritten, it still holds the contents of the deleted file. Due to this fact it is possible to undelete files.
This fact also dictates the following procedure for using FreeUndelete:
1. Stop any activity on the disk you are going to undelete files from! Remember that writing to that disk can damage the contents of the deleted files. Examples of disastrous activity include: copying files to the disk, installing programs there or running programs that use the disk as their swap media.
2. Download and install FreeUndelete. Whenever possible, save the setup executable and install the program to a disk that does not hold files you need to undelete.
3. Run and use FreeUndelete.
Tip: It is common that the only drive user has is C: and this is also the drive from where files need to be undeleted. In that case a good solution is using a USB flash drive as FreeUndelete download and install destination.

Life... Orh... Life...
Downs are there to teach us to be strong,
Never to give up on life or frown,
Caused the day will come for us to be “ONG”,
One moment you may have everything,
The next moment you may lose them,
It’s the time spent and the being,
That counts and brings greater meaning to them,
In life, there are no true winners,
Nor there are no true losers,
It’s we, whom live this life without sinner,
That makes this LIFE and us a real gainer,
We should not blame LIFE for downs,
But appreciate them with both hands,
Our luck could be just lurking around to be own,
Regardless, we must continue to strive...with both our hands!
LIFE I will appreciate, learn, care, grow, be contented and love you!!!

My love for her....
Nothing that can come between us,
Sometimes we do have our stuffs to bother,
But it ain’t going to slow us,
There are ups and downs in our relationship,
These are only little challenges to make us stronger,
We should not let ourselves fall from this ship,
As we are in this together and should be wiser,
My love for you will never change,
It will only get deeper and deeper,
I will not allow any short-change,
As we continue to love, care and pamper,
Sometimes I wonder why we are so alike,
Are we a couple made in heaven,
It’s like love at first sight and strike,
Funny it may sound even,
I do miss you every single moment,
Sometimes I just wish I could stop time,
So that we could treasure our little moment,
Missing you much until I lost track of time,
Dear orh dear,
Please forgive me of my little temper,
I vowed to change them in near,
As it would be for our better!
P/S: I LOVE YOU!!!

sales figures...
hi dear,
sales figures is just a number,
do not let the number defeat you,
believe in your self that you can achieve it,
no matter how hard/tough, once you have the believe,
eventually the sales will come your way,
you just need to be patient and keep trying,
sometimes you think you have done your best,
but what's your best?!?! your best is to "keep trying and never give up!!!" - that's your best and that's when the sales will start flowing in...
cheers, all the best and take care!!! :D

Engineers as Story Tellers
Engineers are story tellers. They may not know this, but they are.
When I landed my first CEO job, I told this story to my staff. Two men are walking in the woods. Suddenly they hear a rustling in the leaves, and see a bear charging at them. One of them stoops to tie his shoelaces. The other, bewildered, tells him he's wasting his time. "You can't outrun the bear", he declared. The other man, having finished tying his shoelace, replies, "I'm not trying to, I'm just going to outrun you!"
I tell this to illustrate what competition in the 'real world' is like. The customer buys one car, one TV, one laptop at a time. If he buys your competitor's product, he doesn't buy yours. We are all trying to outrun the other fellow, and we start our training young. In school, you want to be higher up on the grade curve than the other guy. At work, you want that promotion faster.
But there is another element to this story. It's about the shoelaces. The man who tied his laces was obviously an engineer. First, he defined the problem: the bear wants to eat me. Second, he explores it further: I don't have anything to fight off the bear. And the bear can run faster than me. Third he begins to think of possible solutions. Perhaps they can both fight off the bear - two are better than one. Or they could run in different directions. Fourth: he evaluates the solutions. Even together, they could not possibly win the fight - the bear is too big. And if they run in separate directions, one of them will still get eaten, and it could be him. Neither are good solutions, so he goes back to step three. Are they other possible options? Yes, he can try to outrun the other guy. One of them will get eaten. It's only sensible that he doesn't leave that to luck. Finally, he implements his solution. To outrun the other guy, he's got to make sure he's got an advantage. He notices that their shoelaces have come loose from all the hiking on uneven ground. That presents an opportunity. He stoops to tie his shoelaces. And then he runs like the wind.
All this analysis, and only in a wink of an eye.
But this is what engineers are trained to do. They solve problems in a systematic, calculated way that carefully examines the problem, considers the various alternatives to solve the problem, and picks an option to implement.
Practiced long enough, it becomes second nature. We do it intuitively, in every circumstance, and not just in the field we specialise in. Yes, we figure out how to build longer bridges, taller structures, smaller devices, faster computers, harder plastics, stronger fibres and so on. But beyond all this, we are also good problem solvers in life - solving conflicts in community, providing leadership in social organisation. For the essence of our training is analysis and choice.
My career has taken me away from engineering per se into all kinds of fields - software development, economic development, port operations, shipping, industrial park development, corporate management - even politics! But in every new situation, I found myself stepping through the same paradigm - defining and exploring problems, generating and evaluating solutions, and then taking decisive steps to deal with the matter at hand.
Of course, 'real life' is not just about outrunning the bear. It's not all about competing and winning. In the end, we probably wouldn't have just run off. We might have stayed together to fend off the bear, or run in different directions, or perhaps we might have stayed put to let our friend get away. But you get the idea - we begin with the best of engineering solutions, and then we need to layer that with our values and beliefs. That's what makes us a really good engineer.

a day thinking of you...
day and night,
missing of you,
without fear or fright,
wish you could be there,
to care and pamper me,
anytime now right here,
to hug and kiss me,
there are up and down,
norm in a relationship,
let not be frown,
as we steer clear our ship,
time is our essence,
as we seek our understanding,
assumption is our menace,
as it caused misunderstanding,
as i ponder,
what life will be without you,
you make me feel wonder,
just another day thinking of you...

The Mayonnaise Jar
A professor stood before his philosophy class And had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'
The sand is everything else --The small stuff.
'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life.
If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, You will never have room for the things that are important to you.
There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.
'Take care of the golf balls first -- The things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'
The professor smiled. 'I'm glad you asked'.
It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'
